The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Heimark Vineyard is produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet-purple in color, it opens with heady menthol, wild thyme and iron ore scents, leading to a core of redcurrant jelly, warm cassis and mulberries. The medium to full-bodied palate is laden with mineral-laced black fruits and loads of bright berry accents, framed by firm, grainy tannins, finishing long and energetic. (EB) 95+
