Turner Stillhouse crafts its spirits in small batches at its Tamar Valley distillery, blending Tasmanian purity with bold innovation. The Distiller’s Release is their driest and most citrus-driven gin, distilled from a grape base with pure local water and twelve botanicals, highlighted by freshly cut citrus and their unique rose infusion. On the nose it shows an elaborate citrus bouquet with juniper and cardamom, while the palate balances lemon and lime zest with spice, mineral tones, and bright florals. The finish is long, crisp, and complex. This bottling has earned extraordinary acclaim worldwide: Gold Outstanding and Gold at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2025 with 98 points, placing it among only eight gins globally to achieve that score, as well as Best International Contemporary Gin at the American Distilling Awards, the Distiller’s Trophy at the Australian Gin Awards, Best in Category and Double Gold at the American Distilling Institute, and Best in Show at the Australian Gin Awards.
