CCOF sustainability certified. Available through their wine club. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Aged 6 months in older oak. The nose and palate carry notes of lemongrass and a mix of tropical and white stone fruits. The finish is long, clean and savoury. Well balanced and palate-stimulating. Will do very well alongside food and has the flavours to enjoy on its own as well. (ECB)
