This custom blend of 90% 7 year Indiana Rye (45% corn, 51% rye, 4% malted barley) and 10% 17 year Tennessee Whiskey (84% corn, 8% rye, 8% malted barley) sees a secondary aging of 23 months in Foursquare rum barrels. BBCs notes: PLantain, toasted almond, and clove meld with coconut, peanut, orange zest and raisin. A vibrant palate balances rye spice wiht aged oak, leading to an eveloping, complex finish of baked fruit, lingering spice, and caramel sweetness.
