This is the entry-level bottling from Evan Williams, part of the Heaven Hill's Bourbon Portfolio and one of the most popular Straight Bourbons in the US. It has a light, slightly minty nose with hints of vanilla. On the palate, there are some heady leather and tobacco notes with hints of vanilla caramel. A great bottle to have on the shelf for your favorite bourbon cocktails.
