Offers a nice licorice lacing on the finish, along with a touch of apple wood and a flicker of warm earth. This has the reserves to cellar a bit, too. Drink now through 2030. (JM)

The 2019 Pinot Noir Estate Reserve is sourced from west Sebastopol and saw 11% whole cluster inclusion for this vintage. The aromatics have a bit sweeter profile, with violets, red plum, and anise. It offers a bit more plushness on the palate, with fine tannins, notes of cherry pit, black tea, and cedar, and softer edges all around. (AF)
