Deeper ruby, the 2020 Pinot Noir Keefer Ranch has more of the classic depth that you come to expect from the Russian River Valley. It takes on a darker profile with a bit of smoky cedar, ripe cherry, and sassafras. Full-bodied, with rich structure, ripe tannins, and juicy fruit, it reveals noes of black raspberry, scorched earth, and tea leaf. It has a bit of a dustiness on the finish, but this is another solid wine in this challenging vintage.(AF)
