Bright, tangy, high energy wine with green apple, citrus/grapefruit, green capsicum and oyster shell flavours supported by punchy acidity that helps drive a lingering, mouth-watering finish. Well made wine with purity and power.

Email ScottA richer style of NZ Sauvignon Blanc with white fruits, orange, lemon, lime, light minerals. The acidity is more subdued but very present. The finish is clean and the citrus flavors linger.

Fermented in stainless steel tank with small portions fermented in oak foudres then aged for six months on its lees. Tasting notes from the producer: "Vivid aromas of blackcurrant leaf, lime and meadow flowers.
