The agave is cooked in a 100-year-old volcanic oven and fermented in open stainless steel tanks before being double distilled in steel pots. The forward-thinking Camarena family has also made Tequila Supremo the first distillery in Jalisco to be recognized as having a zero net carbon impact from production.
