The Tastis brothers make some of the most interesting and character-driven wines in Northern Greece. Working biodynamically and with minimal inputs, they always deliver fun and interesting wines. This Young Vines, is a selection of mostly Xinomavro - Greece's Nebbiolo-like substitute - and Negoska, one of the region's other great heirloom grapes. Together these grapes make a vibrant and spicy wine that is full of red currant and dried herb flavors. Serve with a plate of gyros or souvlaki and even better with a light chill on it!
