Replacing High West's American Prairie label the much cleaner looking "High West Bourbon" label is still a wonderful blend of straight Bourbon Whiskies. While they don't disclose exactly where the whiskey is coming from it can be assumed that their long term sourcing from MGP in Indiana continues as well as their KY Bourbon sourcing. Now that their own distillery is cranking, there is probably some of their Utah distillate in there as well. Straight Bourbon Whiskey: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley malt from MGP; 84% corn, 8% rye, 8% malted barley; Other whiskey components are undisclosed due to contractual reasons.
