From the last remaining of the independent founding families, the Orendains, Paladar pays homage to the traditions of Jalisco. Using only minimum 7 year old blue weber from their own fields. Every one is cooked slowly in traditional brick ovens and open-air pine-box fermenters with wild and proprietary yeast. Each batch of Paladar is twice distilled in a copper and stainless steel pot blend. This brand celebrates the classic El Llano distillery, which the Orendains have kept authentic for over a century. Each bottle is hand-dipped in the volcanic soil of their agave fields, a memento of this special land.
