Founded by Joseph Wagner and Kyle Stroud, Copper Cane Spirits is a distillery that highlights the incredible bounty California has to offer. The malt is smoked over California cherrywood and double pot distilled before being aged in a proprietary barrel of alternating French and American oak staves.
