This very spicy sake is very dry with tart prickly pear, underlying vanilla, citrus zest and an almost fizzy mouthfeel. Anise on the finish. Bright and lively! I would pair this with fattier cuts of fish or battered/fried foods. Fried chicken? Yes! Tempura? Yes!
