This is the first whisky blended by aritificial intelligence. Created in collaboration with Microsoft, the idea was developed during a working session on the future of whisky creation. Using their highest order AI solution provided rich dataset of recipes and Mackmyra’s Master Blender tailored flavor scoring, the AI algorithm learned which combinations were the most favorable. These recipes became the Intelligens series.
