This 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay blend has enjoyed four years of ageing on the lees. It has a great white gold color and a big boquet of toasty almond croissant. Along with great richness and nutiness in the mouth, it also comes off as crisp on the back end. A lovely Champagne. -Gary Westby
