The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Vare is laced with the essence of bright red cherry fruit, mint, pomegranate, herbs and raspberry jam. Rich and unctuous in the glass, but with terrific freshness for the year, the 2015 has a lot going on. This rich, old-school Cabernet needs at least a few years to come into its own. (AG)
