A bold expression of mountain flavors, dried fruits, spices, and seasoned wood, our inaugural Viet Nam Dry Gin has earned accolades for its re-imagination of the traditional dry style using 16 Vietnamese ingredients including green turmeric, jungle pepper, black cardamom, and heirloom pomelo. Crafted and bottled in Viet Nam from hand-picked wild mountain botanicals, Sông Cái is distilled in small batches in direct-fired copper pot stills. They go deep into the Northern highland jungles to forage wild botanicals unique to the area - a sublime and rugged place. Learning from the farmers and the foragers there, they select each botanical at the perfect time to bring out the richest flavors, and forage sustainably, in harmony with the people and the land.
