Made from Dewasansan rice, a descendant of the iconic Omachi strain, this Junmai Ginjo is a lovely grassy, floral, and sweetly fruited sake. The rice is exclusively grown in Yamagata and helped to pave the way for teh region to receive the first Geographical Indication in all of Japan. Delicate, but not shy, this sake is very accessible and easy to apprecaite. Polished to 55%.
