This is my first introduction to the varietal Nascetta and I LOVE IT!! So, refreshing in the salty seashore aromatic category, with delightful citrus basket flavors, with an ending of fresh herbs. There is an abundance of plentiful and lively textures too. A bit of lime zest, green pear, cucumber slices, and chervil round out this super fresh wine. No need for food with this one just enjoys it and always has one or 6 bottles around the house!

The grape " Nasecetta" is like a cross between Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, this viscous white alternates between floral, apricot and white pepper notes and hints of grass and herb. LOTS of acidity, needs a little Charcuterie and Cheese Assortment to go with it.
