Sowing The Sun is brewed with an heirloom spring pilsner malt and hopped with Washington grown Willamette hops as well as German grown Hallertau Saphir. Fermented at low temperatures and lagered for many moons this beer is light on the palette with a crisp finish. Tasting notes of barn hay with subtle citrus and white grape aromas.
