Napa Valley 'Port' for Cabernet lovers! This is a Port-style dessert wine made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, a very small production from Shafer that was only available at the winery (and not to be confused with their discontinued production of "Firebreak", a dry Super Tuscan style Sangiovese blend). It rich, sweet, and chocolatey with notes of raisin, vanilla, and candied raspberry. For a nice counterpoint, try it with strong bleu cheese.
