A lush nose of cantaloupe, lychee and honeysuckle. On the palate, surprisingly nutty (Pine nut, Macadamia nut) with plush mouthfeel. Very creamy, with flavors of vanilla and honeydew. Delicious and perfectly enjoyable on its own!

Tsuji Zenbei was founded in 1743 and is currently run by the 16th generation of the family. Under the brewery sits an aquifer of very soft water that provides the sakes with a more umami profile. The brewery is known for utilizing many different local rice varieties. This Genshu Junmai Gingo is made from 100% Omachi rice polished back to 56%. Intense aromas of lemon, melon, peach, and honeysuckle. The texture from the Omachi rice is big and rich and the finish has a beautiful savory note.
