This Oaxacan rum is crazy. Sugar cane is harvested by hand and transported by donkey before the fresh pressed cane juice spends between 5 days and 3 weeks fermenting. It's then double distilled on copper alembic stills and gradually proofed to 48% ABV. It's funky and fresh and makes an outrageous addition to any rum cocktail.
