Sweet, deep and broad, offering mellow flavors of raspberry, cassis, graphite and smoky minerality. A distinctly broad, horizontal wine with a long, thick back end and no rough edges. The ripe tannins spread out to saturate the palate on the firm, long finish. Really lovely tannin management for Red Mountain Cabernet. (ST)
