This wonderful rum from El Salvador combines 6 year old Cihuatán column distillate from El Salvador with unaged pot distilled Jamaican rum produced by Worthy Park, Hampden, and Monymusk as well as 3 year old pot distilled Worthy Park. All components are primarily aged in their source country but the final blend takes place in the Netherlands - Europe's spiritual home for all things rum. The result is an easy drinking blend of column and pot distilled rum that is approachable yet complex. The little bit of funky Jamaican rum brings a lively edge to the fruity and easy drinking Salvadoreño distillate.
