There is just enough post-bottling reduction to push the underlying fruit to the background but the nose seems notably ripe and this impression is accentuated by the markedly rich, dense and caressing medium-bodied flavors that possess excellent depth and persistence. I particularly like the chiseled and very dry finish that, in contrast to the generosity of the mid-palate, is almost delicate. Lovely stuff. *Outstanding*
