Troupis Winery is based in Mantinia, a high-elevation winegrowing area in Arcadia on the Peloponnese. Ritnitis Pitys belongs to Greece’s historic retsina tradition, in which pine resin is introduced during winemaking—a practice with roots reaching back to antiquity, when resin also helped seal wine vessels.
