Muscular with high alcohol, and a nose of peppercorns, chile flakes, barbecue spice rub, savory brisket bark, and beef jerky. The palate is sweeter, with honeydew, spices surfing the cask-strength wave, then flavors of sugared pastries, vanilla, baked lemon, and orange zest.
