Reviewed December 2019Vesselle's NV Brut Réserve is powerful and vinous, with plenty of Bouzy Pinot intensity front and center. Dried pear, plum, spice, dried flowers and chamomile add pretty shades of nuance. Time in the glass brings out the wine's natural depth, so a little advance aeration is a good idea. (AG)
