What happens when an iconic producer of single-vineyard California Pinot Noir takes on one of the most hallowed Cabernet sites in the state? We think you can guess. This is ultra-rare juice on a number of levels, first because of just how difficult for any winery to get their hands on this fruit, and secondly because Williams Selyem only works outside the Pinot Noir and Zinfandel milieu when the results are truly worth it.
