Effectively a Blanc de Noirs, made entirely from red-skinned grapes, this is a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The wine was aged for five years on its lees before release, giving it a rich, full character that is just right. With maturing ripe white-fruit flavors, the wine is ready to drink. (RV)
