The great little distillery in Vail has a little bar and tasting room that's popular with the locals, but they're more than just a brew pub. These guys are cranking out some really interesting products and getting noticed on the international stage. They're using locally sourced ingredients and aging in various types of wood. The rye whisky is the one that really stands out.
