Lamata (Amormata) Cenizo Agave Spirit (750ml)

This Cenizo was distilled by Enrique & Federico de la Cruz in Mezquital, Durango. Cooked in a conical earthen oven and milled by hand with an axe it was then fermeneted in pine vats with spring water. The still here is a copper/wood hybrid pot still and yields a beautiful soft and fruity distillate. Bottled at a robust 50% ABV it doens't lack for intensity despite that soft feel.
