Insanely flavorful, this cordial from Bordiga takes a slightly different approach to marasca. They use both Marasca and Amarena cherries - the whole cherry, including stems, branches, leaves, and the addition of a little vanilla bean. The result is a supremely complex Maraschino that blows Luxardo out of the water. All the infusions are done separately, then blended and redistilled. This Maraschino is super bright and frutiy, but also rich and textural. Perfect in any classic cocktail and a few new ones.
