66% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 14% Monastrell from 100% estate grown fruit from L’Aventure Vineyard. Yields are very low, only 1.5 to 2 tons per acre. Aging is in 40% new French oak and 60% 1-year-old French oak with malolactic fermentation in barrel. No fining, no filtering. Length of aging: 14 months.
