Reviewed November 2018Rather boisterous on the nose, this bottling shows fresh aromas of black cherry alongside pencil shavings and milk chocolate. There is solid depth to the palate, where flavors of smashed blackberry and boysenberry meet with tangy black-plum skins and roasted coffee notes on the finish. (MK)

Justin is a pioneer of Bordeaux varietals in Paso Robles. Rich in fossilized limestone, Justin's soil is capable of making deep, structured Cabernet-based wines that age beautifully. The Reserve Cabernet is made from the ripest, most highly structured fruit.
