Rather boisterous on the nose, this bottling shows fresh aromas of black cherry alongside pencil shavings and milk chocolate. There is solid depth to the palate, where flavors of smashed blackberry and boysenberry meet with tangy black-plum skins and roasted coffee notes on the finish. (MK)
