Notes
Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon stems from a driving fascination with the various terroirs of Paso Robles. It also tells the story of the Hope family’s long history in the region and how their pride and knowledge can be brought to life in a bottle of wine. The 2016 vintage consists of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from small chosen vineyard blocks, then aged for 18 months in 75% new French oak.
