This mellow and complex wine shows an inviting aroma of toasted baguette and brown butter. Crisp Bosc pear and golden-apple flavors ride on a suave texture of fine-grained bubbles and soft acidity. (JG)

This "California Cuvée" is made from grapes grown in cool-climate locations throughout California, including the Russian River Valley, Santa Lucia Highlands, and Mendocino County. It's elegantly composed of a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.
