Using Weihenstephan's signature Hefeweissbier yeast, Braupakt, starts with the familiar, large banana/Isoamyl Acetate note giving the beer anice bubblegum-like flavor. As the beer warms it begins to open up and the bubblegum gives-way to grapefruit, citrus, and dried apricot notes from the Amarillo hops.
