For example: the “Air Knife,” an ingenious process invented by their winemakers, boosts grape quality and efficiency. Once the grapes are harvested, their winemakers gather to sort, select, age, taste, blend, and decide what goes into every bottle. Winery note: "This wine expresses the spirit of a few right bank Bordeaux producers who highlight Cabernet Franc with its complex expression of herbs, red fruit and elegant structure, only with a Paso Robles twist of full, mature fruit."
