The 1999 Rully La Bergerie Cuvee Unique was made from 60-year-old vines, and vinified as well as aged in new, first-year, and second-year barrels in equal proportions. It reveals an oak-imbued nose and a creamy, apple, wood, and mineral-flavored core. (PR)
