This non-vintage brut is the perfect representation of what English bubbles offer for a relatively great price. It is made of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay in equal portions and features a symphony of beautiful flavors like lemon and tangerine citrus, fresh gala apples, jasmine, honeysuckle, sourdough toast and pronounced chalky minerality. While satisfying and expressive, it is still crisp and refreshing, really threading the needle of balance.

I have put this bottling into a blind sparkling wine tasting and nearly two dozen people claimed this bottling to be Champagne. There is a reason for this.
