Mezcalero "Release #17 Cirilo Hernandez" Mezcal (750ml)

Only 1104 bottles were produced of this special blend from the magician in San Baltazar Guelavila. Cirilo Hernandez no longer produces for the standard Alipus, but he did distill this special small batch for the Mezcalero line way back in 2014. It's a blend of cultivated espadin and a rare local varietal called "agave de lumbre". The resulting mezcal is one of the softest, sweetest agave driven spirits in the category.
