According to the Producer: "Our single acre of head-pruned Ruby Cabernet was planted in the late nineteen-forties. When the grapes ripen fully, as they did in 1984, they produce excellent wines. In this fine vintage, the acidity is quite firm and lends elegance to the clean Cabernet flavors. the wine should develop further elegance and complexity with five to seven years of bottle age.
