This all Meunier rose champagne is absolutely fantastic. The nose is full of soft red fruity flowers, but then in the very back there's this soft hint of baked rhubarb and wet stones. The palate is super friendly, with a medium amount of weight, it's not super heavily fruity nor is it austere, comfortably riding the fence at a crazy good price. This is definitely something to be had with food, but I could see you going a little wacky and off-field with this, maybe with a savory salmon pie or some kind of fancy stuffed chicken breast. The world is your oyster, and you could also have it with oysters if you felt so inclined, I feel like the fruit in it would help it pair better with most classic oyster mignonettes.

A light, delicate Brut Rose for those that prefer an understated style. Ripe strawberry and smashed raspberry give way to a slight spice note with a touch of limestone minerality. A bit of structure makes this a fantastic wine for the dinner table. A killer Brut rose for under $30!

This 100% Pinot Meunier wine sees some skin contact resulting in a vivid pink color and even a touch of structure on the back end. Dried cherry and ripe raspberry aromas and flavors jump from this bracing wine and there is a savory note on the long, dry finish. There is the faintest tannic tug on the end allowing this to stand up to hearty fare. Surf and turf anyone?
