Cakebread's Vine Hill Ranch Cabernet is sourced from four select blocks of vines in the western-sloping benchlands of Oakville. Each block features a different Cabernet clone, but it adds up to a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon bottling. The wine was aged for 20 months in 48% new French oak before bottling.
