From Yarden's Golan Heights property where the volcanic plateau of the region rises from 1,300' to 3,900' above sea level. A small percentage of the wine is aged in French oak barrels to add to the perfume and body, but the overall profile is fresh and bright. Notes of tropical fruit and citrus are complemented by cut grass and herb with minerality and a cleansing finish.
