Pierre Mineral Brut Rosé Champagne

Really full-fruited nose with red berries, red apple, lemon, and little touches of this really seductive creamy cherry. The palate has bright blood orange, green apple, a little bit of chalky raspberry and then a long and lingering finish that just pushes little touches of fruit and a long line of acidity through the whole palate. This is a really nice option with more fruit without getting too heavy or rich on the palate. It dances this line and really is just another great bottle of Champagne for the right person. Definitely will be picking a couple up, I think this would absolutely bang with breakfast.
