I'm so excited that Antipodes water is now finally available here in the USA. This incredibly pure and cleansing mineral water has gotten me through many a long tasting on my travels in New Zealand. The groundwater of the aquifer is of very high quality. It has been recognized as the deepest, highest quality groundwater in New Zealand. The water spends 50 years underground and comes to the surface under its own pressure. It is filtered through a substrata of ignimbrite rock before it comes to the surface and is then micro-filtered again in the plant. It is bottled without any chemical interference. The plant operates to the highest international quality standards ISO 9002 and 22000. Antipodes was the first premium water company to become certified Carbon Neutral. The plant is solar powered, the glass is recycled and the company has replanted expansive native trees at the bottling site. Carbonation is added using a specific full saturation process to give a very fine and persistent fizz.
